Description:
1.1 Purpose
The AT-3002 stainer can perform two types of staining, GRAM staining and MGG staining.
The GRAM staining mode automatically stains of smears containing microorganisms, in order to detect Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The MGG staining mode automatically stains blood smears, in order to count the number of white blood cells and red blood cells, observing the shape of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets. Compared with manual staining, it is safe, accurate, convenient and time-saving.
1.2 Method
Applying the sputum and fixing the slide, then place the slide on the tray, open the switch, and select MGG or GRAM for staining. Stainer automatically starts staining according to setted program. When fishined, the slides only need to be placed under a microscope, you can make a diagnosis by observing the color and shape of acidophilus and hematology cells.
