Stainer
Description
Wright's staining is a modified romanos staining that is used to differentially stain cellular components in the blood. When the cell membrane of the blood cell is treated by this staining method, the cell nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell are stained to blue or pink. Wright-stained purified dyestuff eliminate inconsistencies in staining and produce reproducible color reactions between batches. This reagent is used in AT-2000H or AT-3004, and can also be used for manual staining.
