   AMNIOQUICK ® DUO Rapid Premature Fragmentation (PROM) test kit reliably detects IGFBP-1 in vaginal swab and it is used to diagnose premature rupture (PROM) in pregnant women.

2. AMNIOQUICK ® DUO+ Premature Fragmentation (PROM) Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold Method)

AMNIOQUICK ® DUO+ Rapid Premature Fibrosis (PROM) test kit uses immunochromatography to simultaneously and rapidly detect insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 (IGFBP-1) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in vaginal swab. IGFBP-1 is widely used as a diagnostic marker for premature rupture of amnion (PROM). AFP is stable against proteases and it is an auxiliary marker for detection of amniotic fluid, which can be used to detect amniotic fluid leakage (even if leakage has stopped).
